End User License Agreement
This End User License Agreement applies to Oson YHQ — Oʻzbekiston yoʻl harakati qoidalari. By downloading, accessing, or using the app, you agree to these terms.
License
We grant you a personal, limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, subject to these terms and the App Store rules.
Apple Standard Terms
Where applicable, this agreement supplements Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If there is a conflict between this agreement and Apple's required terms, Apple's required terms control to the extent required by Apple. Pro Access and Purchases
Pro Access is a one-time, non-consumable purchase sold through the App Store. It is not a subscription and does not renew automatically. Payment, refunds, and purchase history are handled by Apple. Access depends on successful App Store purchase validation under the same Apple ID, and can be restored on your devices using the restore option in the app.
The reference material — the rule text, road signs, road markings, glossary, penalty articles, fault list, hazard classes and first aid — is available without purchase. Pro Access unlocks the practice features described on the website and in the App Store listing.
Study Content and Legal Accuracy
The app is a study aid for driving-theory preparation in Uzbekistan. Its content is taken from public legal documents published on lex.uz, including Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 172 of 12 April 2022 and the Code of Administrative Liability. Laws are amended over time and an app update may lag behind an amendment.
The app does not guarantee that you will pass any examination, and nothing in it is legal advice. Penalty amounts are calculated from the bazaviy hisoblash miqdori (BHM) value set in the app, which you can edit; the resulting figures are indicative. You are responsible for checking current rules, penalty amounts, examination requirements and official notices with the competent authority.
Independent App Notice
The app is not an official app of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan, its road safety service, or any other government body. References or links to public official pages are provided for convenience and do not imply affiliation, endorsement, sponsorship, or approval.
Acceptable Use
You may not copy, reverse engineer, redistribute, resell, interfere with, or misuse the app except as allowed by law. You may not use the app in a way that violates laws or third-party rights. Do not use the app while driving.
Maintenance and Support
We are responsible for app maintenance and support as described in these terms or as required by applicable law. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for the app.
No Warranty
The app is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted operation, and error-free operation.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.
Product Claims
We, not Apple, are responsible for addressing claims relating to the app or your possession and use of the app, including product liability claims, legal or regulatory compliance claims, and consumer protection claims.
Intellectual Property
If a third party claims that the app infringes its intellectual property rights, we, not Apple, are responsible for investigating, defending, settling, and discharging that claim to the extent required by these terms and applicable law.
Legal Compliance
You represent that you are not located in a country or region subject to a U.S. government embargo and are not listed on any U.S. government prohibited or restricted party list.
Third-Party Beneficiary
Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this agreement. After you accept these terms, Apple has the right to enforce this agreement against you as a third-party beneficiary.
