Summary
The app works entirely offline. It has no accounts, no analytics, no advertising, and no tracking. Your study history never leaves your device. The only network request the app makes is to validate an in-app purchase, and only if you choose to buy or restore Pro Access.
Information Stored on Your Device
The app is designed for private study. Your answers, per-question history, practice and exam results, daily activity, bookmarks, onboarding answers, alphabet preference, daily question goal and the BHM value you set are stored locally on your device and are not transmitted to us.
We do not ask you to create an account, we do not collect personal information, and we do not sell information to anyone.
No Advertising and No Analytics
The app contains no advertising of any kind and no analytics or crash-reporting SDK. It does not collect device identifiers, location, contacts, or usage telemetry, and it does not track you across other companies' apps or websites.
Purchases
Pro Access is a one-time purchase processed by Apple through the App Store. We use RevenueCat to verify purchase status, restore previous purchases, and manage the Pro Access entitlement. Apple and RevenueCat may process purchase identifiers, product identifiers, transaction status, a pseudonymous app-user identifier generated by the SDK, and device-related data needed to provide and validate in-app purchases.
We never see or receive your payment details. Payment, refunds, and purchase history are handled by Apple. See the RevenueCat Privacy Policy and Apple Privacy Policy.
Text to Speech
Listen buttons use the speech voices already installed on your device, through Apple's on-device speech synthesis. No text is sent to us or to a third-party service for this.
Support Emails
If you email support, we receive your email address and any information you choose to include. We use that information only to respond to your request and to maintain support records.
Website Hosting
This website is hosted with Firebase Hosting. Firebase may process technical request data, such as IP address, browser information, and request logs, to deliver and protect the site. Visiting this website is not required to use the app.
External Links
The app and this website reference public legal texts published on lex.uz. Opening such a link takes you to a third-party website governed by its own privacy policy.
Children
The app is intended for driving-theory study and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through support contact, email us so we can delete it.
Data Retention and Deletion
Local study data remains on your device until you reset it in Settings ("Barcha natijalarni oʻchirish") or delete the app. Deleting the app removes all local study data. Purchase records held by Apple and RevenueCat are retained under their own policies; Pro Access can be restored at any time with the same Apple ID. Support emails are retained only as long as reasonably needed for support and recordkeeping.
Independent App Notice
This app is not an official app of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan, its road safety service, or any other government body, and it is not endorsed by them.
Changes
We may update this policy as the app changes. The effective date above will be updated when we make material changes.
